These modules were designed to include the use of a multi-mode method of delivery to residents across programs and training sites. Six modules were identified for development, complimenting existing training in the PGY-1 level curricula.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CanMEDS Introduction (cross role syllabus)<\/li>\n<li>Communication Foundations (COM)<\/li>\n<li>Conflict Management (COLL)*<\/li>\n<li>Practical time management (MA)<\/li>\n<li>Health Advocacy &amp; Social Determinants of Health (HA)<\/li>\n<li>Critical Appraisal Course (SCH)**<\/li>\n<li>e-Professionalism in Health Care(PRO)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Client<\/h1>\n<p>University of Saskatchewan, Postgraduate Medical Education, College of Medicine<\/p>\n<h1>My Role<\/h1>\n<p>Coordinator, Education &amp; Metrics<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish rationale for the program, initial front-end analysis, foundational design implications and strategies, definitions of developers\u2019 roles, and an initial assessment and evaluation plan<\/li>\n<li>Completed a front-end analysis, development strategy, usability testing protocol, deployment plan, and evaluation tools for each module.<\/li>\n<li>Develop learning outcomes for each module<\/li>\n<li>eLearning prototyping<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The design for CanMEDS onCore, a centrally administered series of learning modules, focused on the intrinsic CanMEDS Roles, for residents at the University of Saskatchewan.
