In a recent presentation I did for the Canadian Association of Instructional Designers, What is Old is New Again: Patterns in Ed Tech and Pedagogy, I mentioned 3D TVs for consumer use with about the brevity they seem to have deserved. Given the poor consumer reception to this tech, it’s a good thing schools haven’t dumped a whole pile of money into purchasing the glasses and developing learning objects specific to the Nvidia hardware.
