I paid a visit to House of Bols while in Amsterdam. For this part of the tour they asked that you step into a booth with a small vial of liqueur and take a sip when instructed. They were experimenting with your experience, using light and sound to attempt to influence the taste and experience of the liqueur. I couldn’t help but make the GIF.
